Array Industries’ engineers design tailor-made solutions to ensure the flue gas emissions from gas turbines and generator sets are in line with the specification. We prepare a process design, followed by a mechanical design. In doing so we take account of noise emission, material choice, thermal insulation, ATEX zoning, restricted installation space, offshore installations and transport restrictions. The design is prepared in close collaboration with the customer's project team.
Our project leader links together all disciplines and ensures the project is implemented on schedule and in accordance with the contract. This gives you a single point of contact, from the design phase to the final commissioning of the project.
From 1 January 2019, offshore installations must comply with the emission guidelines of the activiteitenbesluit (activities decree). Array Industries would be happy to discuss the design or modification of your flue gas system at an early stage. Together with our process partners, we will develop a fully integrated solution for you.
For Array Industries, the safety of our customers, staff, subcontractors and third parties is paramount. We are a VCA** certified company and are familiar with the safety regulations in the oil & gas industry. From the design phase, through transportation to the actual installation: we take your safety into account at every stage. At the design stage, we prepare an installation and transport plan. This ensures our tailor-made solution will be installed safely.
Our organisation complies with the most stringent quality standards. Array Industries is ISO-9001 certified and is very aware of the importance of safeguarding quality during design and fabrication. During the engineering and production phase, quality is assured by our internal processes and procedures. We make use of an Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) during the fabrication phase, with hold and witness points from the customer and NOBO. Our International Welding Engineer (IWE) is closely involved with the production process. We also have non-destructive testing (NDT) carried out by certified persons. We integrate the traceability of materials and welding into our standard procedures.
We produce the flue gas systems in our workshop. Our fabrication department complies with the most stringent requirements. It is equipped with everything needed to allow the work to be carried out as efficiently and safely as possible. For example, we have several custom-built lifting and transport systems and separate halls for working with carbon steel and stainless steel. Our welders are certified in accordance with European regulations and are assessed regularly.
