Farm Frites - Odor Control System
A producer of potato products was renovating their production environment. This renovation had three goals; reduction of odor and noise nuisance of the surrounding area, increasing the capacity and improving the working environment.
Array helped with these goals by designing, constructing and installing an Odor Control System on the roof of the facility.
Challenge
- Decreasing odor, noise and heat in 1 go.
- Small size of the installation area.
- Pressure drop was high because the air had to be sucked out in a linear manner.
Solution
- All emission points were brought together in one collector.
- The collector was treated with sound proofing.
- Emitted on an optimal high so it was compliant with regulations.
